Complete Package Options
The following items may need to added to your Shed Kit Build. Note: we provide the purchase of the initial kit above, but the list of items below may also be needed. If you already have things in place you can leave those items out.
Ground Work/Site Prep/Gravel
The location needs to be clear and ready. Gravel may need to be brought in. If you are unsure how ready your site is, one of our team can come out and make an assesment to confirm where you're at.
Base: Concrete Pad, Pavers or Wood Base
The shed will definitely need to be put on a base. Options are for a concrete slab, pavers, or a wood base on prepared ground. If you already have this, your good to go (just make sure its level). If you need someone to do this for you, our team can do this as well - or you can source someone else to do this step.
Roofing (ice & water barrier & steel)
The building kits come with tongue and groove roof slats - but for water tightness you will want the ice/water barrier and the steel roof. We can supply this - or you can find another provider, or as always, you could do it yourself.
High Quality Stain (wall protection)
We recommend nothing but the best. Our team can do this for you - or we can point you in the right direction.
Insulation & Sheathing/Exterior Stud & Siding Kits
If you would like that extra layer of protection, and year round use, we can add insulation and sheathing. This would be recommended for the Cabins and will be necessary for Homes.
We offer 3 types of siding kits to cover the exterior of the home or cabin, or we can provide a Custom Local Quote:
EZ Log Semi D-Log tongue & groove wood siding (Add 10%)
Semi D-Log siding (Max) 3/4″ x 5-1/8″ (18mm x 130mm)
EZ Log Full D-Log tongue & groove wood siding (Add 14%)
Full D-Log siding (Otoczak) 1-1/8″ x 5-1/8″ (28mm x 130mm)
Heavy Duty maintenance free extruded PVC polymer siding (Add 20%)
Vox extruded prefinished PVC polymer siding 5/16″ x 13″ (7mm x 330mm)
Custom Local Siding Quote
We can also provide you a quote for a locally sourced siding option. PVC, Steel, or other.
Note: Siding Kits will also need locally sourced 2×6 studs, stud screws, siding, corner blocks, & trims, extending the roof overhang 12" and is not included in the percentage price listed above.

Boasting a 287 sq ft, with a living area in the front and bedroom in the back. These Campground Cabin kits can be rapidly built and ready to house your campers in days - not weeks or months.
Each kit can be built in 3-5 days (with base and roofing as part of the build)
Please note: roofing and base are extra.
The living area is 14.8 x 12.9 and can house a kitchenette and seating, or a few extra beds. The bedroom is ~7.4 x 12.9 and could house bunks or a good sized bed.
This model can be 3 season or kitted out for a 4 season build. Can be built on wood base, ground screws, concrete slab, or dependent on your needs, custom options can be explored. The kit can be a DIY Build or we can build them for you, and if you would like to have some finishing work done, we can provide a team to do that too.
Many people have been looking for an affordable 3 season cabin or bunkie which might be a little more open than our 160 sq ft models - this model might be perfect for you.
The Campground Cabin can be ordered individually or in bulk - bulk orders recommended.
